WhatsApp charges are ₹1.09/ message for marketing messages & ₹0.145 for utility and authentication messages. You can recharge this from the AiSensy Dashboard itself. Each message is charged separately by Meta. Service conversations(replies to user messages) are free of cost.
How many messages can I Broadcast in a day to my customers?
You will start with 1000 Messages/day. As you send 500+ Messages, your limit will be upgraded to 10,000 messages/day and as you send 5000 messages within 7 days, your limit will be upgraded to 100,000 messages/day. Last limit is infinite messages/day which can be enabled by sending 50,000 messages within 7 days. The Limit upgrades happen in 24 hours.
